At Fatboy Canada, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new home accessory isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Carefully repack your items in their original Fatboy packaging, ensuring all tags and components are included to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship the Item

  Attach the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location across Canada.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method, typically within 5-7 business days.
